This Refund Policy applies to TatiTag, operated by PT Karya Insan Asia, located at Ihsan Residence 2, A18, Kecamatan Cipayung, Kota Depok, Indonesia.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

TatiTag offers a 7 (seven) day refund period for new paid subscriptions. This period is intended to allow users to evaluate and learn the Service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date the payment is successfully completed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The refund request is submitted after the 7-day period
  • The subscription period has substantially elapsed
  • The Service has been used in a manner inconsistent with evaluation or testing purposes

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the TatiTag dashboard.

  • Cancellation prevents future invoices from being issued
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for payments already made
  • Access to paid features remains available until the end of the current subscription period

  • Invoice or payment reference
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
